HYPE & TONE
A WHOLE BODY METHOD

Designed and led by owner Nikki Carlson, HYPE & TONE is a high energy, music driven, whole body, mat based fitness method. 

A collective craft of the various techniques of HIIT, Pilates and Nikki’s signature mindful movements- set to the beat of kick ass music. 

This whole body method is divided into 2 equal parts. The first 30 minutes is “HYPE”- high energy, low impact cardio, dance like, fast paced repetitive movements to sculpt the upper body and bring the heart rate up. The last 30 minutes is “TONE”- the slow and the steady, lower body and core focused, moving with intention with intricate and unique mat work.  

A highly effective and undeniably fun creation!
