THE METHOD
Designed and led by owner Nikki Carlson, Hype & Tone is a whole body, mat based method that drips with high energy, music driven, unique mindful movements.
A balanced, collective craft of various fitness techniques and Nikki’s signature movements- set to the beat of kick-ass music.
Hype & Tone is divided into two equal parts. The first 30 minutes is “Hype”- high energy, low impact cardio. Dance like arm series to sculpt the upper body and bring the heart rate up. The last 30 minutes is “Tone”- slow and steady, lower body and core focused. Moving with intention and mindfulness throughout intricate standing and mat work.
A highly effective, well designed and executed method to keep bodies challenged, minds clear and to inspire followers to discover the healthiest, best version of themselves.
